Hi Loves,

Is it just me, or in the summer do we tend to eat differently than in the winter? I find that my body craves less heavy foods and more fruits and vegetables. People have been telling me about Sweetgreen for a while now, I even have a headband from an event they sponsored, but I never actually ventured into one until a few weeks ago when my roommate came back raving about their kale caesar salad. Fun fact about me, I love kale salads, and theirs is delicious!

Sweetgreen officially is opening a location in Fenway! I’m thrilled because I live right around the corner, and often crave salads. My friend told me about the pre-opening lunch they were offering and we both RSVPd! I just came from lunch with her and it was so delicious! We both got the OMG Omega salad which had salmon, avocado, arugula, tomato, basil, cucumbers, spinach, nori furikake, and a miso sesame ginger dressing.  No joke guys, it was amazing! I felt perfectly happy after eating it and would absolutely order it again.
